Monthly Friday Night Sound Bath – ToowoombaA calming end-of-month reset for your mind and body.
Come as you are, and let this be a permission slip to soften — to rest your mind, unwind your body, and let your nervous system find its balance again.
What we’ll do (flow of the evening – 90 mins guided experience):
• Gentle breathwork to arrive and drop in
• Guided meditation to settle the mind
• Sound bath (approx. 60 mins) to rest deeply and reset
You’ll be fully clothed and welcome to lie down or sit—whatever feels best for your body. There’s no pressure to share anything personal; you can simply arrive, receive, and let the experience be your own. This is a respectful, inclusive space where everyone is here for their own individual benefit.
Comfort + what to bring (cosy is encouraged):
We have a limited number of thick, comfy mats, pillows, blankets and weighted eye masks available to support the experience. You’re very welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow/bolster, or even a folding chair so you can settle in the way that feels best for your body.
When: Last Friday of each month (starting Friday 30 January 2026, excluding December 2026)
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Where: Greek Orthodox Hall, 240 Hume Street, Toowoomba
Capacity: Limited to 30 people (for comfort and space).
