Sounds in Nature walk – a slow walk dedicated to deep listening and noticing of nature’s soundscapes. Along the way we will pause and listen to some nature inspired sound therapy instruments, ending in a mini sound bath under the trees.
Distance will vary a little according to conditions – around 1.5 miles
Please wear closed toe footwear and to have arms and legs covered and dress appropriate to the conditions, including waterproofs if there is rain.
All guests will need a mat to sit or lay on.
A snack will be provided, plant based with a GF option as standard, please ask guests to advise of any dietary needs beyond this.
These walks have a strong meditation and mindfulness focus, we can be still and quiet for extended periods of time. Recommend for minimum age of 16 years.
