SoundRise Darbaar takes a new shape, this time at Blue Sea - Worli Seaface, on Thursday April 16! This edition offers an intimate mehfil of ghazals set in a beautiful indoor space with an outdoor courtyard, facing the sea for a curated buffet-style culinary experience. A slow evening, craft cocktails, shared tables and music that will take you back in time.
Under the city lights and the Arabian Sea air, it carries forward the essence of Darbaar in a regal, soulful, and warm celebration where every note and every flavor come together in one grand gathering. 💫🎶

🍴 The Culinary Experience:
Your ticket includes a full buffet spread inspired by the traditional royal kitchens of India. In collaboration with Copper Chimney, we have curated a menu that mirrors the richness of the Darbaar:
The experience begins with smoky, melt-in-the-mouth kebabs and interactive live counters featuring artisanal Chaat prepared fresh throughout the night. The feast continues with the richness of robust Kheema and fragrant Biryanis, with options ranging from the hearty Hyderabadi to traditional Dum preparations for vegetarians.
To finish - a sweet temptation with the velvety chilled Phirnees and piping hot, syrup-soaked Jalebis paired with creamy Rabdi. This curated dining experience serves as a tribute to India’s culinary inheritance, designed to be savored as the music and the sea breeze set the tone for the night.
