As the height of summer arrives and the sun lingers in the sky, we will gather in the peaceful surroundings of South Milton Flower Farm.
Themed around Buttercup Moments 🌼
Inspired by Bridget Anna McNeill, author of The Wild Within
I’ve been deeply moved by this beautiful book and especially the image of a bee resting in a buttercup, gathering warmth, restoring energy, before taking flight again.
This Summer, you’re invited to do the same as we gather for a day of rest, connection, and gentleness.
We begin the day in gentle connection, a welcoming drumming circle to awaken energy, rhythm, and presence.
From there, the pace softens.
Inspired by the meaning of solstice the sun standing still and buttercups, this day offers space to slow down, reflect, and simply be.
There will be time to:
* wander through the flower farm
*Pick bunch of flowers
* sit quietly in nature
* read, journal, or rest
* connect softly with others, or enjoy solitude
A nourishing lunch (supplied) brings us together in relaxed community.
As the day draws to a close, we will settle into stillness once more, guided by a restorative sound journey, allowing everything to integrate, soften, and settle.
