Sound healing is an ancient practice used to balance the energy in our bodies, release tension and emotional blockages, and restore the connection to our natural self.
We begin by setting a clear intention for what you wish to receive, and as one participant described it, “the intention creates a road so the sound can enter and do its work.” It becomes a space to rest deeply, reset the nervous system, and heal within the sound.
