Guided by Kelsey Reed Ambruster and Brittany Duncan we’ll begin with 30 minutes of feel-good stretching and gentle movement designed to open your body and melt away tension. Then sink into a 30-minute immersive sound bath letting the vibrations wash over you as you enter a state of deep relaxation and renewal.
To elevate the experience Off The Record will lead us through a soulful moment of reflection helping us connect on a deeper level. And because we love a little extra magic The Balance Shop is curating the most intentional goodie bags filled with holistic wellness treats to keep the high vibes going.
