This intimate session combines three gentle yet powerful healing practices:
Guided Meditation • Soundbath • Reiki Healing
🧘♀️ What to Expect:
We will begin with a calming guided meditation to help you settle, breathe, and connect inward — grounding your energy and preparing your body to receive.
We will then move into group Reiki Healing, working to awaken and clear the crown and third eye chakras.. This enhances spiritual clarity, opens intuitive insight, and amplifies your overall experience — allowing for a deeper state of rest and inner alignment.
You’ll then be immersed in a Soundbath using a blend of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. These healing vibrations flow through your entire system, helping to calm the mind, release emotional tension, and balance your energy field.
While you're resting in this soundscape, each participant will receive a mini Reiki healing session, with gentle hands on, intuitive energy work.
