Step out of the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a deeply calming Sound Healing Journey with Crystal Singing Bowls.

This session invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself on a subtle yet powerful level. The pure vibrations of the crystal bowls work gently through your body and energy field, helping you release tension, quiet the mind, and return to a state of inner balance and clarity.

This is a space to simply receive. There`s nothing for you to do. Just be – receiving the sound, feeling your breath and presence in your body.

About this event:

You will be guided into a relaxed, meditative state while lying comfortably.
The crystal singing bowls are played intuitively, allowing the frequencies to interact with your nervous system, emotions, and inner landscape. Each sound bath unfolds differently, responding to the group energy and the moment.

Many participants experience:

• deep relaxation and nervous system regulation
• emotional release or inner clarity
• a sense of grounding, lightness, or renewed energy
• a feeling of coming home to themselves

I will hold a safe, grounded, and attentive space where sound becomes a tool for regulation, integration, and inner alignment. My approach combines intuitive sound work with energetic awareness and somatic sensitivity. Each session is guided with care, presence, and respect for individual boundaries.

Practical Information for Participants:

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session begins, the door will be closed on time to make sure that everyone in the room has a cozy and safe experience
• Wear warm, comfortable clothing – a deep resting state can make the body freeze more than being completely awake
• Bring anything that helps you to feel extra supported (e.g. pillow, socks, eye mask)
• Only participate if you feel healthy and emotionally stable, for your own well-being and for the group experience

• Rescheduling is possible up to 42 hours before the event, with a €4 processing fee
• A minimum of 4 participants is required for the session to take place
• Places are limited and participation is only possible with a pre-purchased ticket
