Description:
A Sound Bath creates a cozy atmosphere, allowing you to fully relax and be present in the moment. I invite you to let go and experience deep relaxation for your body, mind, and soul.
What to Expect:
- Each Session will have a theme: Starting with AWARENESS 6.3, FLOW 13.3, CONNECTION 20.3, RELEASE 27.3, INTEGRATION 3.4
- A guided meditation
- Sound Bath (MAIN PART).
New to Sound Baths?
No worries! A Sound Bath feels like being bathed in sound – it helps you find deep rest and can support you in improving your sleep, creativity, and self-healing capabilities.
I invite you to wear comfortable and warm clothing, lie down, and simply let go.
No prior experience is needed.
Important Notes:
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start to settle in. NO late entry.
- Doors will closed on time, as we want to ensure the space of calming down is respected for all participants.
