Join Toni Chapman (Mindset Balance) and Trevor Warren (Sound Wizard) for a transformative sound healing journey. Using intuitive energy work, they create a ceremony of sound designed to bring deep relaxation and healing.
Experience the powerful vibrations of gongs, hand pan, Native American flute, chimes, and crystal bowls as they guide you on a journey of balance and renewal. This session focuses on clearing the mind, balancing chakras, and promoting total relaxation.
What to Expect:
• A guided meditation to begin your experience.
• Immersive live music, including the hand pan drum, crystal singing bowls, and Native American flute, all played at a meditative pace.
• Chakra balancing with crystal bowls, each tuned to a specific chakra, combined with channeled Reiki energy.
The session can be enjoyed lying down or sitting—whatever is most comfortable for you. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for added comfort. Some mats will be available to borrow if needed.
Allow the sounds to flow through every cell of your body, washing away stress and worry, and leaving you feeling balanced, uplifted, and renewed.
