The Only Indian In Wells Supper Club Menu. Inspired by my childhood and family gatherings, this supper club celebrates the shared joy of a heartwarming meal. The food is always abundant, with a range of dishes and flavors that take us back to my Gujarati heritage and the traditional flavors that connect us. Please join me at North Norfolk Cellars on Friday 28th February and Saturday 1st March. Starters include My Classic Samosa's and Kachori served with a trio of Freshly made Chutney's. Main courses include Tofu Saag, Beautiful spiced Spinach and Tofu Curry, Sambharo, Common side dish with most Gujarati Meals, Jeera Pulao, Cumin Infused Basmati Rice with Burnt Onions, and Thepla, Soft Gujarati Flatbread flavored with Fenugreek leaves. Dessert includes Mango Mumtaz, served with Candied Pistachios and Mango puree. Bar Snack Menu includes Panipuri, Patra, Samosa, and Kachori.
