✨ Awakening Chakra Series SoundBath: Root ↔ Crown Journey ✨

This Sound Bath is part of our Awakening Chakra Series—a unique, meditative journey designed to balance the nervous system and activate and align the body’s energy centers.
We will focus on a rare and powerful pairing: the Root Chakra (Muladhara) and the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara). These two sit at opposite ends of the energetic spectrum—earth and sky, matter and spirit, survival and transcendence. When harmonized together through sound and meditation, they create a bridge of wholeness, grounding you deeply in your body while expanding your awareness to clarity and inspiration.
🌱 The Journey
Root Chakra opening meditation (15min):
Connect with the earth element, release anxiety, and restore a sense of stability and belonging. Scientific studies show that grounding practices reduce cortisol, ease chronic stress, and support the regulation of the vagus nerve—your body’s key pathway for calm.
Immersive Sound Bath (60 min):
Rest into layers of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, handpan, bells, and subtle percussion. The low-frequency vibrations are known to slow brainwaves into theta states, promoting deep relaxation, a nervous system reset, and access to the subconscious for emotional release.
Crown Chakra closing meditation (15min):
Shift from body to spirit, lifting your awareness into spaciousness, inspiration, and clarity. Research links meditative states associated with the Crown Chakra to increased coherence in brain activity and a greater sense of interconnectedness and meaning.
