About this Event
Experience the therapeutic sounds of the gongs as you rest on the top of Southsea Castle, one of Henry VIIIs key naval fortifications, with close links to his flagship, the Mary Rose.
The session will provide the unique chance to combine a sound meditation with this important historic building and the surrounding natural environment, creating a powerful dialogue and synergy between mind, body, stone and nature.
The main instruments used in this session will be a series of large gongs.
