Reiki & Sound Healing
Welcome to a multi-sensory sound healing journey with Pernilla, where you'll be immersed in the nurturing sound and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, shamanic instruments, and voice.
Join us in a small group setting in a beautiful sacred space smudged with Palo Santo. Soft lightning and essential oils create a calming, distraction-free atmospere. Brief, individual hands-on Reiki is offered to enhance your experience (optional).
Reiki is a gentle energy practice that helps clear blockages, restore harmony, and support the body’s natural healing process. Received with hands on or off, or by distance, it nurtures emotional wellbeing and brings a profound sense of inner calm.
Sound has been used for healing across cultures since ancient times, transcending religion and belief systems. Modern research supports its many holistic benefits — from reducing stress and enhancing emotional balance to improving mental clarity and deepening spiritual connection.
Oracle cards will be available for greater insight and reflection.

What to bring?
Yoga mats are provided at the venue. Feel free to bring extra cushioning if needed. Please bring a pillow and a cozy blanket for comfort, as you will be laying down most of the time.
Arriving
Please arrive in time for a prompt start at 7pm. The venue has a small waiting area. There is a short grace period, but once the front door is locked and the meditation has started, latecomers will not be admitted. If you arrive after this point, please do not knock. Thank you for understanding - this helps ensure a calm, uninterrupted experience for all participants.
There is a free car park area at the venue and also free parking in the surrounding streets.
Precautions
While sound therapy is a gentle practice, it is not suitable if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, or suffer from severe mental illness. Sound induced epilepsy, some types of tinnitus, metal implants, heart conditions and recent surgery are also contraindicative. Contact Pernilla for more information before booking if this applies to you. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider for advice if unsure.

Refund policy
Refunds up to 7 days before the event. Eventbrite's fee is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, a family member or friend are welcome to join in your place.
About your facilitator
Pernilla is a CMA certfied Sound healing facilitator devoted to guiding others on a transformative journey toward self-discovery and inner balance. With a deep passion for sound therapy, she combines her expertise as a Reiki master and Yoga teacher to create a holistic experience that promotes healing on every level – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Her approach is inspired by ancient yogic and shamanic traditions, as well as the contemplative wisdom of Buddhism. With a warm and caring presence, she holds space for relaxation, inner connection and self-realization - allowing healing to arise naturally.
