Hi everyone im Scott,im the founder of connection to self workshops and blog on facebook and instagram, i am a Reiki practitioner and Master teacher with over 2 decades of expirience. Along with being a sound healer im a Qualified Life purpose coach and mindfulness Practitioner working with both teenagers and adults. It is my intention to help people find a deeper connection to their heart energy and inner truth.It is such a pleasure to Welcome you all back for this Soundbath mudra meditation event at The Iyengar Yoga Institute on 12th October at 7:00 PM for a relaxing cleansing reset experience.
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations as you relax connect meditate and Let go of stress and tension as you find peace connection and balance within.
This event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind get grounded and reconnect with themselves. No experience is necessary - just come with an open mind and heart.
This is such a beautiful venue, i love the energy here. There is limited parking plus there is parking on the street, Remember to bring blankets yoga mats and cushions to make yourself comfortable so You can truly enjoy this experience, we also have chairs if you would prefer, Weather you have joined us before or you are new, all are welcome in this inclusive space,
The event will feature mudra ( hand gestures to help emotional regulation and spiritual balance) guided meditation to help you relax and a sound healing session that activates your parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and promoting relaxation balance and peace. Sound healing has been shown to have numerous benefits, including balancing bloodpressure, stress reduction, improved sleep, emotional balance, pain relief, increased focus and clarity, energy alignment, and enhanced creativity.
However Sound Healing & Energy Work May not be suitable if you are in your – 1st and 3rd Trimester of pregnancy ... have Heart Conditions or Metal Plates.
Please remember to arrive fifteen minutes before our start time doors will be closed at seven pm and there will be no admission after this. tickets are non refundable.
