Back by popular demand, this new, extended 2 hr session of small group and 1:1 energy clearing / healing includes sound healing, tuning fork toning, Reiki energy healing, accupressure and meditation; all during our two hour session! Tickets are limited to 6 so be sure to register early!
Opening
A short introduction into the 7 main chakras and the link between our personal auric field and the energy body will be explained to gain a base understanding of how vibration is used to clear and raise our energy frequencies for optimal health and wellness.
Healing Session...
Comfortable futon fold-out chairs, a cozy blanket, bolster/ pillow and a lavendar scented eye pillow are available to allow you to let go and completely relax into the moment.
You will be guided through gentle breathwork and meditation, followed by the tones of crystal singing bowls and other selected sound healing instruments. Vibrational frequencies will wash over and through you, accessing the deepest parts of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy centers.
As you relax into stillness, surrounded by sound you will receive individual "hands on or off" Reiki energy clearing specific chakras and meridian channels of the body. In addition, tuning forks carrying specific healing frequences will be placed on specific Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)accupoints such as the soles of the feet, with your permission.
Juls Bacewicz, sound artist, Reiki 2 practitioner, accupressure certified and 200 hr yoga instructor will be your guide on this unique journey of self-discovery and relaxation.
