Larissa will gently guide you through the soothing practice of Yoga Nidra, allowing you to recline comfortably with the support of various props. Brian will enhance our journey with sound healing using singing bowls and other beautiful instruments, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation.🙏🤍
Often called "yogic sleep", Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique that is accessible to everyone and can be a wonderful tool to help improve your sleep.
💙This practice is suggested to anyone aged 12 and older. If you feel more comfortable in a resting position that isn’t on the floor or require special arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance. **What to Wear: Something comfortable that allows you to move freely.
**What to Bring: Feel free to bring your own items to help you stay cozy, such as socks, a jacket, a blanket, or a pillow. You don’t need to bring anything else, as we provide props like blankets, bolsters, & mats.
**Props available at the studio: Bolsters, mats, eye pillows, blankets, blocks, and neck pillows.
PLEASE ARRIVE BETWEEN 15-30 MINS BEFORE START TIME. Due to the focused & calm environment we are creating together with this practice, we cannot allow late entry. Thank you for understanding
