Enjoy 75 minutes of healing sound guided by Ryan Warner using crystal singing bowls, steel tongue drum, flute, and other resonant instruments, creating a layered soundscape that encourages relaxation, energetic flow, and renewal. Reiki practitioner Evan Montgomery will lead an opening meditation and move throughout the space offering optional hands-on reiki energy work.
