Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound and unleash your creativity through watercoloring at the Illuminate Healing Studio.

What's included:

*All materials are included to use during class.

*Step by step instructions

*45 minute Yoga Nidra and sound bath to inspire creativity

*An hour and 15 minutes paint.

*Mats eye masks bolsters and blankets are provided for sound bath to use during class.
