First, we will explore some of the history, check out some of the astounding current research and then have a guided sound meditation with bronze Tibetan and crystal quartz bowls.
Then find a comfortable, quiet space and prepare yourself for a relaxing and meditative experience. A fabulous way to reset and kickoff your goals and desires for each month!
Meet Stacey:
Certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner and wellness guide Stacey Freeman is on a mission to help busy career professionals relax and help to heal feelings of anxiety, stress and depression. A lifelong musician, she also loves to share her over 2-decades long knowledge of herbs, supplements and relaxation techniques to assist others to step out of the pressure cooker of life and show up as better people in all aspects. When Stacey is not coaching or in sound sessions, she can be found stomping around in the forest, hiking and wildcrafting herbs, playing guitar and singing, seeing live music and hanging with her husband, dogs & cat at home.
