Who is the workshop for?

Anyone who is open to expanding their mind through holistic practices. This is a great class weather it is your first time experiencing breathwork or you are a seasoned professional

Who this workshop ISN’T for?

• Anyone looking for a ‘quick fix’ to their troubles
• These looking for a deep ‘breakthrough’ breathwork session (we offer 1:1 or small group for this style of breathwork)

• We do not offer refunds, all ticket sales are final.
• Doors to the studio will be locked at 11:05am
