About This Session
Gather at The Yoga Hub for the grounding, calming, experience of a Sound Spa. Let the soothing vibrations of the Sound Spa wash over you to relax, reset, and restore your mind, body, and soul.
The session will offer you the space and sounds for you to relax at a profound level, using vibrational healing methods to improve your health and wellbeing.
Sound can quickly and easily bring you into a state of rest akin to meditation or even sleep, a state where healing is able to occur, without you needing to do a thing. The sounds introduced during a Sound Spa are an invitation to invoke a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and gain perspective on what’s going on within you without the distractions.
Sound spas are the perfect medicine for anyone who wants to carve out space for themselves to rest and connect more deeply with who they are
Prepare for your experience
You’ll be laying down for the majority of the time.
Here is a list of things to bring for your own pleasure
Pillow & Blanket (Highly recommend!!)
Extra blanket
Extra pillow/cushion/bolster for knees
Sleep/Eye masks
Water
Crystals you may wish to charge or use for personal healing use.
Please wear warm & comfortable clothing.
Word of warning!…….Once you’ve had your first Sound Spa you’ll want more!
