****Sound Sea Session – A Deep Dive into Relaxation****Kia Ora everyone, you are warmly invited to a special 2-hour sound healing event in Auckland — a gentle yet powerful journey into deep rest and oceanic presence.
This is not a typical sound bath. This Sound Sea Session is a ceremonial collaboration between Nicola Rose Gibbons and Phoebe Chan, combining their distinct gifts to create a layered, sacred space for inner stillness, energetic renewal, and heartfelt connection.
Nicola will open our session with a guided meditation and light language activation — to soothe the nervous system and awaken a sense of deep remembering. Her voice, drumming, and sound instruments hold a vibration that connects us to earth, spirit, and water.
Phoebe will offer an extended sound journey using crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, shamanic drum, and chimes — creating waves of healing frequency that gently wash through body, mind, and soul.
We’ll close with a short ocean-inspired ceremony, offering prayers and intentions to the waters of the world, the rivers and ocean's — a time to reflect, and honour the water element within and around us.
Waves are constantly in motion, but there also a pause, a quiet in-between. Come rest in the stillness, be held in sound, and return to the rhythm of your inner ocean.

Phoebe Chan
Phoebe is a certified sound healing practitioner with The Sound Healing Academy. Her sound journey began in 2019 in Hong Kong, where she was born and raised. Since then, she has trained in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, exploring a range of sound healing techniques and traditions.
Now based in Auckland, New Zealand, Phoebe offers group sound baths at yoga studios, retreats, and private events, as well as one-on-one sessions from her peaceful studio in Orewa.
Her sessions feature a soothing blend of instruments, creating an immersive and meditative soundscape that promotes deep relaxation, energetic balance, and self-healing on all levels.

Nicola Rose Gibbons
Nicola is a sound healer. with drumming, crystal singing pyramid and other instruments. She mainly uses her voice with soothing tones and frequencies. With light language and songs specifically for this group. This language holds codes and assists in calming the nervous system.
She has travelled extensively to many of the earths sacred sites and hosted groups around the world. And now currently based in Tauranga Moana.
