“Sound Mind Experiences are gentle, trauma-informed wellness sessions integrating therapeutic sound, mindful movement, breathwork, and deep listening practices. The program supports nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and social connection. Practices are adaptable to all ages and abilities, with options offered to meet participants where they are.

The work has been warmly received by diverse communities, and I’m particularly excited to bring this offering to a new venue and connect with new participants at Fenway Community Center.”
