We’ll explore sound as a support for presence, reflection, and nervous system settling. We'll experience energetic resonance through immersion in sound and vibration. You’re welcome exactly as you are, whether you’re seeking calm, focus, regulation, community, or simply curious about the instruments.
This is not a performance, but an hour to rest, breathe, and remember who we are.
How to prepare: Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and eye-cover. Please give yourself plenty of time to find parking, arrive, and get settled.
