Steve Daniel and Susan Damon are back for this popular sound meditation program that combines sounds of didgeridoo, Tibetan and crystal bowls, poetry, and sacred silence. During this time there is nothing you need to do — you are invited to simply be. This experience can be healing, deeply restful, a visionary journey, a time of presence, or whatever you need most. This event takes place on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Community Room at the Patrick Heath Public Library. Please bring mats, blankets, pillows, and anything you need to be comfortable lying down or sitting
