Sound journeys are a space to decompress and tune into yourself more deeply. No previous experience required, just a willingness to witness yourself and be present. Skye uses a mix of ambient instruments and vocals to help you attune to the moment and relax your nervous system.Please bring what you need to be comfortable (mat, blanket, etc). We have a selection of chairs, yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets and eye pillows, but your own gear may suit you best! Layers are encouraged.

Space is limited to 15 people, and will be reserved on a first come basis via Venmo payments.
