When:  Saturday 21st March 2026 at 6pm

Where: The Swansea Wellbeing Centre, Walter Rd/ Burman St, Swansea, SA1 5PQ

Cost:    £10 - advance booking essential

The 21st March is the International Day of Forests and people worldwide get involved in appreciating and valuing one of our most precious natural resources - forests. On that day, also, you are invited to appreciate and value yourself by joining and reaping the many benefits of Gail Stewart’s next Sound Journey in Swansea. After all you, too, are precious and YOU deserve it!!

Gail is an experienced, respected and well-known Sound Journey facilitator. A Sound Journey offers a healing process that can quiet your mind and, at same time, relax your body! It is a most wonderful and joyful experience to simply lie back and be healed by the magic of the interwoven sound vibrations!

A Sound Journey is essentially a healing musical performance played out through Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and a variety of other, often unusual, sound-producing instruments complemented by the human voice. Participants lie on the floor and allow the waves of sound to flow over, embrace and permeate them.

At the event, please ensure that you make yourself comfortable! Mats, cushions and blankets are freely available for your use at the Centre. If you prefer you are welcome to bring your own. If you do, please bring something soft, supportive and snug to lie on including a head support and also something warm to cover you. To enhance your experience, you may also wish to bring your own eye mask to help block out the light.

The cost is £10 cash on arrival but booking in advance, as early as possible, please, is essential. To book or if you have any queries, please ring or text Gail Stewart on 07726 360584 or email her at [email protected]

We look forward to being and sharing with you.Thank you for allowing us to serve you and thank you for your support.

PS PLEASE COME EARLY REQUEST! When you attend this event, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time. This will allow us to complete the registration process and will also provide you with the opportunity to prepare your spot in the hall.
