Please bring:• A yoga mat, memory foam pad, or air mattress• Pillows and a cozy blanket• Water bottle• Anti-gravity chair if laying on the floor is uncomfortable• Eye masks are provided if you need one
💫 Energy Exchange: $30 per person. Spaces are limited to maintain a sacred, comfortable environment. Pre-registration is required. Doors lock at 6:30 pm.
