A two-hour embodied experience combining a sound healing journey with Shamanic Ritual Flow — a ritual-inspired, non-choreographed movement practice rooted in rhythm, breath, and somatic awareness. The sound immersion supports grounding, nervous system regulation, and sensory opening. The movement phase invites instinctive, trance-like flow through repetition, pulse, and embodied presence, without performance or set choreography.
