Join us for a 90-minute immersive Sound Bath experience led by Vincent at YogaSix Newtown.This extended sound immersion is designed to gently guide you into deep relaxation through layered tones, vibrations, and intentional sound. As you rest comfortably, a variety of instruments will create an atmosphere that supports nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and full-body release.
The vibrations help quiet mental chatter, soften physical tension, and create space for emotional reset. Over 90 minutes, you’ll have time to truly settle — moving beyond surface relaxation into a deeper state of restoration.
