About this Event
Join Syzygy Dance Project founder Sylvie Minot for an afternoon of restorative sound healing featuring indigenous instruments from Peru, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, drums, and rain sticks. This immersive experience offers a peaceful way to relax and reset.
Sound healing uses vibrations and frequencies from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, ease pain, and rebalance the body's energy, helping restore mental clarity and physical well-being by shifting the nervous system into a restorative state. It works by bathing the body in sound, encouraging cellular repair, clearing energetic blocks, and influencing brainwaves and heart rate for improved mood and health.
All proceeds benefit Syzygy Dance Project's outreach movement programs, bringing the joy and healing power of dance to underserved communities throughout the Bay Area. Learn more about our work at www.syzygydanceproject.org.
We hope to see you on Saturday for this nourishing experience.
