Join me Saturday morning for 45 minute meditation to disconnect from the busy world, melt away tension and stress and allow you to connect with SELF!!
Come spend a blissful morning listening to the tibetan sound bowls and other instruments in a 45 min meditation.
Give yourself the gift of disconnecting from the busyness of the outer world as you allow yourself "to come home to SELF." Experiencing a deep sense of relaxation and calmness, which will allow the tension and stress to just melt away.
What you need to bring: yoga mat and/or blanket and a special crystal (optional)
