Settle in for a soothing 60-minute sound healing with crystal bowls, gentle percussion, and guided rest… then, if you’d like, stay for a 75-minute late-night Contrast reset (sauna → rinse → cold plunge → rest cycles). Cozy, calm, and deeply regulating.

• 7:45 – 9:00 PM — Optional 75-min Contrast session (guided)
Price $30 either way ... choose Sound only or Sound + Contrast.
Bring Comfy layers, water bottle, and a swimsuit if you’re staying for Contrast. Mats/bolsters/blankets provided.
Good to know: Doors open at 6:15 PM; we begin right at 6:30. All levels welcome. If you have any medical concerns, please check with your provider and let our team know before you plunge.
