Join us for a restorative evening of deep relaxation & connection led by Charlotte-based Sound Healing Musician, Austin Shook. Austin has been traveling the US facilitating healing through sound since 2016. Austin will guide us on a 90 journey inward through sound with instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Drums, Didgeridoos, Harmonium, Tuning Forks, Hand Pan, Rainstick, and Vocals. Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided, but we encourage you to bring your own for extra comfort if you have them.
