Sound Healing with Alex

Embark on a transformative journey of sound healing and meditation at our Fusion Studio workshop. Guided by traditional instruments, this ceremony blends rhythmic breathing techniques with meditative movements to delve deep into inner exploration. Led by experienced practitioners, participants will learn to connect with the earth's energy and harness the power of their own consciousness. Through four rounds of specific breathing rhythms accompanied by instruments like the didgeridoo, singing bowls, drums, and gongs, attendees will align their energy and facilitate personal healing. This immersive experience aims to harmonize mind and body, enhance circulation and respiration, ground intentions, and release old patterns for profound healing. Alexander Petrogiani (ALX) is a recent graduate of the University of Toronto specializing in mental health. He is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance Teacher and holds two black belts in both Nerkin Ouj and Arnis De Mano/Balintawak. ALX is a co-director of the Karma Projects and has recently self-published a book, “The Yog in Yoga” with 100% of the proceeds going towards orphaned at-risk children in Peru. His book discusses the essence of yoga through an interdisciplinary lens that transcend both the literal and allegorical, weaving spiritual exegesis through awakened consciousness and unconditional love. He currently lives in Toronto and teaches online @inthespirityoga and in-person Altea Active Toronto and at Tribespace Yoga.
