Cheryl has years of experience as a holistic practitioner and founder of Grit and Grace Meditation, LLC, Cheryl has seen how sound can open hearts, calm the nervous system, and support deep transformation.
This training brings together everything she has learned to help you confidently step into your own path as a sound healer.

- The Science of Sound – Learn how vibration, frequency, and resonance affect the body and brain
- Musicality – Develop rhythm, flow, and intuitive expression using crystal bowls and other instruments
- Working with Energy – Understand how to sense, shift, and guide energy through sound. Understand the Chakra system.
- Structure & Elements of a Sound Healing – Learn how to design sessions that are both intentional and effective
- Building a Business – Explore how to start or grow a sustainable sound healing practice with heart and strategy

Thursday, August 27: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday, August 28: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, August 29: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, August 30: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
( Approximately 1 hour lunchbreak each day)
This Level 1 Sound Healing Training is offered through Grit and Grace Meditation, a CMA Registered Training School recognized by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), a globally respected organization for complementary and holistic wellness professionals. This recognition reflects the professionalism, integrity, and quality of the training program and curriculum.
Participants will receive a Level 1 Sound Healing Certification from Grit and Grace Meditation, which is internationally recognized through CMA standards.
This training offers a supportive space to expand your gifts, deepen your intuition, and learn how to hold space for others through the power of sound. You’ll walk away with practical skills and a strong energetic foundation to offer sound healing with confidence and authenticity—whether you're just beginning or looking to enrich your existing practice.
It is not required to have your own singing bowls to participate, you will have bowls and instruments for training purposes..
