2-Day Sound Healing TrainingSaturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd November | 12–5pm
. Are you ready to step into the healing power of sound?
This intimate two-day training is an opportunity to connect with your unique frequency and explore the art of sound as medicine.
Day One | Saturday 12–5 pm
• Opening circle, grounding & intention setting
• The science and foundations of sound healing
• Introduction to crystal bowls, drums and chimes
• Guided practice & experiential sound journeys
Day Two | Sunday 12–5 pm
• Cacao ceremony to deepen connection
• Awakening and freeing the voice as a healing instrument
• Exploring energy awareness & intuitive sound
• Working with multiple instruments in harmony
• Holding safe, trauma-informed spaces
• Practising guiding a full sound journey
• Closing circle & integration training is for anyone who feels called to sound, whether a complete beginner or already holding space in other modalities. Sessions are deeply experiential, weaving wisdom, practice and embodied learning so you can leave with confidence to share sound with others.
Spaces are kept small to allow for personal guidance and transformation.
