We are excited to announce the next date for our once-a month "Sound Healing Sunday" event to be held at Balance Yoga & Lifestyle on Sunday, August 31 at 6 PM!Join us in the studio for a special collaboration with Harmonics of Life for a relaxing and restorative Sunday Sound Bath - a full-body immersion experience that uses intentional sound to nurture the mind and body. This immersive, meditative experience uses the healing tones of crystal sound bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and other instruments. The frequencies of the crystal bowls combined with various frequencies of the other instruments promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support your body's natural healing processes.
This session is designed to:
- Encourage deep rest and stress relief
- Support self-discovery and inner balance
- Promote a sense of peace and well-being
Wear your loungewear, your sweats, or even your PJ's...whatever you like to be super comfy! This is such an amazing way to treat yourself and set the tone for the week and month ahead!

$25 per person
Mats, blankets, and bolsters are available for your use at the studio
Note: Sound Healing Sunday is held on the last Sunday of each month, from 6-7 PM
