Join us for a slow, soulful community morning by the ocean with the in:HAUS Wellness team and friends. This beachside event brings together movement, sound healing, wellness offerings, and relaxed connection in an inclusive, welcoming space.
Choose to book into one of our intimate small-group classes or simply come along for the free beach hang. Move, rest, connect, or just soak up the morning by the sea.
Across the morning you can enjoy Mat Pilates by the ocean, a Sound + Stretch session supported by live crystal singing bowls, tarot card pulls with Bella’s Healings, complimentary sunscreen top-ups with Oyster Suncare, and smoothies available from Bytropic Nutrition. Beach hangs, chats, dips, and connection are encouraged.
The morning includes two paid classes, each capped at 10 people to keep the experience personal and grounded. Mat Pilates runs from 8:30 - 9:15am, followed by Sound + Stretch from 9:30 -10:15am. Both classes are suitable for all bodies and experience levels.
Tickets are $25 per class and include a gift bag. You are also welcome to attend for free if you would like to enjoy the beach hang, tarot pulls, sun care, and community vibe without joining a class.
Mats are provided or you are welcome to bring your own mat or towel. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring water, sun protection, and anything else you need to feel at ease.
The event takes place at North Belongil Beach, with access via the entrance near Elements of Byron. Location will be shared on our instagram @inhauswellnessbyronbay the day before.
