It can be challenging to find spaces where we can build real connections, where we are safe to cry as much as laugh, to be honoured if we share our worries, just as much as if we sit in silence

Now more than ever its so important to look after ourselves and those around us

BUTTT I find these spaces can often be very serious and heavy - I think this work and this connection can be fun, light and silly as well!!

So if you are looking for an evening where you can laugh, connect, cry, move or just reconnect with yourself, this is the space for you!

As well as sharing circle these circles involve a a mixture of tea/cacao ceremony, sound journey, journalling, somatic embodiment, meditation/visulisation, astrological insights and lots of other special moments and rituals to nourish ourselves

Whether this is your first womens circle, whether you follow the lunar cycle or not, we would love for you to join us! 🌙

This will take place at Sol Method Studio, Byron Bay.

Come as you are - tender, excited, raw, joyful - it's all welcome!!🌹

Optional to bring:

• Journal + pen (to write down any integrations, thoughts, intentions)
• Something close to your heart to charge at the alter (necklace, crystals, etc.)
