This event is for both men and women.

Join Maia for a balancing and deeply restorative group session, combining sound healing, tuning forks and meditation to nurture inner peace.

Take a sacred pause to reset, realign, and recharge your nervous system with a deeply nourishing group sound healing session.

This special evening is designed to soothe your mind, calm your body, and restore balance through the therapeutic power of sound.

You’ll be guided through a restorative journey using:

Crystal Singing Bowls – to harmonise your energetic field and promote deep relaxation

Tuning Forks – to gently open and align your seven main energy centres

Soothing Frequencies – crafted to support your parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging a state of calm, safety, and rest

Mats, cushions and blankets will be provided—you're welcome to bring your own for added comfort.

Things to Know:

- The room is accessible via a flight of stairs or lift

- Shoes will need to be removed upon entering

- This is a safe and sacred space—confidentiality within the session is respected and encouraged

- Room sprays, palo santo, essential oils, music and sound will be used

- Late-comers up to 5mins, after that I wont be able to let anyone in -

Please come 5-10mins early to use the bathroom and get settled in the space, ready to start promptly at 7:30pm

Due to venue hire costs, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other sessions. By purchasing a ticket, you will be added to the Maia True Living mailing list for future events. You may opt out at any time.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Sound baths are not recommended for pregnancies in the first trimester, individuals with epilepsy or any form of a serious mental health condition and those with pacemakers/metal implants. By purchasing your ticket, you confirm that you have read and understood these conditions.

Parking restrictions apply during the week but Saturday’s are free after 1:30pm and free all day Sunday.

We are a 15 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station. Buses number 70, 7 stop right outside the clinic.
