About this Event
Root Chakra Sound Healing invites you to slow down, ground into the present moment, and reconnect with a sense of stability through sound, breath, and intention. Focused on the energy center connected to safety, security, grounding, and foundational support, this session is designed to help you release stress, calm the nervous system, and restore balance from the ground up.
Using crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments, you will be guided through a gentle sound healing experience in a peaceful and supportive environment. This session is part of a monthly chakra series, but each gathering stands fully on its own, so you are welcome whether this is your first session or one of many.
What to bring
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and/or pillow for comfort
• Water
