TWO SESSIONS: Please choose 6 p.m. or 6:45 p.m.Sound has been used around the world for healing and meditation for centuries. In these sessions, you will be guided on a deeply inward journey fostered by the etheric sounds of a Rainstick, Crystal Bowls, and Frame Drum. These mesmerizing vibrations lull us into a trance-like state, where restoration and healing is organic, intuitive, and spontaneous.
Yoga mats will be available until supplies last. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you desire. Chairs will be available if participants would rather sit.
