About this Event
This sound meditation is a guided, rest-centered experience using gentle vibration, sustained tones, and silence to support the body’s natural capacity for self-healing and regulation. Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably and allow sound to create a supportive environment for rest, listening, and inner settling.
There is no visualization, breathwork, or instruction to reach a particular state. Sound is offered as a steady container—supporting awareness, nervous system balance, and the body’s own restorative processes.
Rather than striving for transformation, this session emphasizes presence, integration, and trust in the body’s inherent wisdom. Each person’s experience is unique, and all responses—from deep rest to quiet alertness—are welcome.
No prior experience with meditation or sound practices is required. Bring your yoga mat or use a mat at the studio. you may want to bring a blanket for comfort as well.
