About this Event
🧘♀️Sound Healing Journey ✨ Sound Bath 20 minutes east of Toronto. Step into an enchanting journey of meditation and peaceful rest, where the soothing sounds of ancestral healing instruments from across the world gently restore and renew you.
✨Our Sound Healing Journey is called a journey rather than a sound bath because we will take you on a journey to complete relaxation. Our Journey flows as a living, breathing experience—never fixed, always evolving. Guided intuitively, we move through a dynamic blend of instruments, each layer gently weaving into the next to create a space of deep calm and connection. Soft, nurturing tones invite your body to relax, your mind to settle, and your heart to open. Every sound is offered with care, creating a loving atmosphere where you are held, supported, and free to simply be.
✌️Rooted in community, we gather not just to listen, but to share in a collective moment of presence, restoration, and gentle healing.
🎼Blaise has been a musician for over 20 years. He plays the Australian didgeridoo, the West African djembe, Indigenous framed drum, the hand pan, guitar and Tibetan tingsha.
🔮Heather brings the feminine approach playing the Himalayan singing bowls handmade with gold on the full moon, the majestic white quartz bowls, the sacred rattle while weaving in meditative prompts, gentle slow breaths and songs for the heart. Our Sound Journeys have something for everyone!
🧑🏫Your Sound Healing Journey guides are mentored by Jess Griffin in Dunedin, Florida. We have trained with Jess, Darren Austin Hall and the Shivanada community in the Bahama's.
😌What do you do during our Sound Healing Journey. Nothing! You lay comfortably in a cozy nest of blankets and pillows.
🛏️Please bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets, 1 pillow for your head, 1 pillow for your knees (if you like) your favourite eye mask, water bottle, warm loose fitting comfortable clothing and socks.
