Join me as I guide you for a transformative Healing Sound Journey at Meta 1111.
Sound baths are a way of attaining a meditative state through the vehicle of sound vibration helping to reduce stress and anxiety. The sound will travel through the body releasing tension and stagnation allowing you to reach a deeper state of relaxation and increase mental clarity.
Be prepared to do some gentle movement and breathwork at the beginning of the session to prepare the body.
Instruments used during the session will be the drum, Crystal bowls, Tibetan Bowls, chimes, small gongs, rain stick and more.
Please wear comfortable clothing and come with an open heart.

Les bains sonores sont un moyen d’atteindre un état méditatif grâce au véhicule de vibrations sonores contribuant à réduire le stress et l’anxiété. Le son voyagera à travers le corps, libérant les tensions et la stagnation, vous permettant d'atteindre un état de relaxation plus profond et d'augmenter la clarté mentale.
Soyez prêt à faire quelques mouvements doux et une respiration guidé au début de la séance pour préparer le corps.
Les instruments utilisés pendant la séance seront le tambour, les bols de cristal, les bols tibétains, les carillons, les petits gongs, le bâton de pluie et bien plus encore.
Veuillez porter des vêtements confortables et venir avec un cœur ouvert.
