ABOUT THE EVENTSound Healing for Rest & Renewal is a 90-minute immersion designed to calm the mind, ease the body, and bring you back to centre.
Through the soothing waves of gongs, crystal bowls, and handcrafted instruments, TOM guides you into a space where words fall away and the body begins to remember how to rest. It’s not about trying or doing — it’s about allowing.
Each session unfolds differently. You might feel weightless, tingling, dreamy, or simply deeply relaxed — however it arrives, it’s exactly what you need.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Duration: 90 minutes
Most attendees lie down to experience the Sound Bath; you may also choose to sit.

COMFORT & SEATING
• Bring a mat to lie on
• Chairs are available; you may BYO chair (make sure it’s not squeaky)
• 90 mm foam single mattresses available for hire (limited)
• BYO sheet to cover the hired mattress
• Book mattress hire when you purchase tickets
WHAT TO BRING
• Sheet (if hiring a mattress)
• Mat to lie on, pillow, blanket
• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle (optional)
• Quiet, comfy BYO chair if you prefer to sit

Online booking recommended to secure your space and mattress hire.
Otherwise - $55 (+bf) at the door if not sold out.
Refunds are not available, however credits and transfers can be made prior to the event start time.
