A peaceful Sunday morning session featuring a calming crystal singing bowl sound journey to help you relax, release tension, and reconnect.
About this Event

Join us for a peaceful and relaxing Sound Healing Experience designed to help you slow down, relax, and feel more grounded in your body, mind, and spirit. This Sunday morning session is an invitation to step away from the busyness of life, reconnect with yourself, and begin your day feeling calm, clear, and restored.

You’ll be guided into a deeply calming sound journey using crystal singing bowls and soothing frequencies. As the sound washes over you, your nervous system naturally relaxes, helping your body release tension and your mind settle into a state of deep, peaceful rest.

No experience is needed. You don’t have to “know how” to meditate or do anything special. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

Practitioner:

Kiki Tyler is an energy healer, sound practitioner, and spiritual mentor who helps people reconnect with their inner calm, clarity, and sense of balance. Through sound healing, she supports the body’s natural ability to relax and reset, creating space for both physical and emotional restoration.

Her sessions combine soothing crystal singing bowls, gentle guidance, and a grounded, welcoming environment where participants can truly rest and receive. Kiki’s approach is heart-centered, supportive, and accessible to all, making her sound healing experiences a powerful addition to any wellness journey.

What to Expect

You’ll be welcomed into a calm space where you can settle in and get comfortable. This experience is designed to help you slow down, unplug, and give your nervous system a chance to fully relax.

You’ll then be guided into a deeply restorative sound journey using crystal singing bowls and soothing frequencies. There’s nothing you need to do during this time. You can rest, meditate, or simply allow the sound to carry you into a peaceful, relaxed state.

At the end, we’ll take a few quiet moments to gently transition back so you can leave feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.

Benefits of Sound Healing

Participants often experience:

• Deep relaxation and nervous system reset • Reduced stress and anxiety • Improved sleep • Release of tension held in the body • Greater mental clarity and focus • Emotional balance and calm • Feeling more grounded and present • Increased sense of overall well-being

Each experience is unique. You may receive exactly what your body and mind need in the moment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience with meditation or sound healing? No experience is needed at all. This experience is beginner-friendly. You don’t need to know how to meditate or do anything special. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to relax and receive.

What if I can’t “turn my mind off”? That’s completely normal. The sound helps guide your body and nervous system into relaxation naturally. There’s nothing you need to force or control. Even if your mind stays active, your body can still feel all the benefits from the experience.

What if I fall asleep? That’s actually very common and totally welcome. Your body will still receive the benefits of the sound.

Is this religious or spiritual? No. This experience is open to everyone and focuses on relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. You are free to engage in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

How long is the session? The Sound Healing Experience will be approximately 1 hour.

What should I wear? Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing. Many people prefer layers so they can stay warm while resting.

What if I have an injury or need extra support? You are always welcome to adjust your position, use props, or sit in a chair if lying down is not comfortable. The goal is for you to feel safe and supported.
