Sound healers Lisa Bondy and Damarys Romano use a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, bells, tuning forks, shruti, voice and more.

Research shows strong evidence of the mental and physical health benefits in improving mood and reducing stress, improving sleep, and providing pain relief, through sound. One study Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine found that an hourlong sound meditation helped people reduce tension, anger, fatigue, anxiety, and depression while increasing a sense of spiritual well-being. Plus it is a great way to spend an evening!
